At EasyPreps, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a standard return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with any applicable tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@easypreps.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.

Free Return Shipping

EasyPreps covers the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no additional charge.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@easypreps.com as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, return or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not qualify for standard returns, including:

• Perishable goods.

• Custom-made or personalised products.

• Certain personal care or hygiene products where applicable.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

These exclusions apply only where permitted by law and do not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the simplest option is to request a return of the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union generally have the legal right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact support@easypreps.com within the applicable withdrawal period.

You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply.

This right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy and does not reduce any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to any shorter refund deadlines required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
